The subsidiary of the Continental ContiTech Group will develop and manufacture automotive cooling systems (HVAC) at Tanger Automotive City in the Tangier Med industrial platform.
This industrial project covers a total area of 5500 m² for an investment of 3.6 million euros and will deliver the Moroccan market, as well as southern Europe. ContiTech is one of the world's largest suppliers of technical elastomer products and a specialist in plastics technology.
The company develops and produces functional elements, components and systems designed for mechanical and industrial engineering, the mining industry, the automotive industry and other important industries. An integral part of Continental, the ContiTech division is a major supplier of many technical products and is considered to be a specialist in plastic technology with around 41,000 employees in more than 40 countries and a turnover of around 6.3 billion euros (2018).
