The Mediterranean port of Tangier on Monday evening was in a state of chaos because of a group of illegal immigrants who stopped some cargo trucks between Morocco and Spain and prevented their drivers from leaving.
According to eyewitnesses, hundreds of illegal immigrants, including minors, rebelled against the exit leg and blocked the trucks of the transport companies from entering the ships after they insisted on riding and leaving Moroccan homes by force.
According to the same source, the protesters threatened drivers to break the glass of their trucks, which caused them to delay and disrupt their work for more than two hours, and created a situation of fear and panic among some European drivers who entered the homeland and heading to the countries of sub-Saharan Africa.
